We've noticed a significant issue: our account managers and brands often skip the 9-step wizard because it takes too long to fill out. For new brands, they usually create something from scratch, and for existing brands, they just clone shops to create new ones. The bottom line is, no one is using the wizard, and creating a shop has become kind of a pain. The most immediate opportunity here is to ease this core pain point in our product workflow. Templates can streamline the process, making it much easier and quicker to set up a shop

Shop Templates
I redesigned the shop creation UI to make template selection more visual and intuitive. Users can now browse templates with previews and descriptions to quickly find what suits their needs. Once a template is chosen, they’re taken to the Shop Editor, where a pre-populated layout helps them start customizing right away, simplifying and speeding up onboarding.
For users who prefer not to use a template, there’s still an option to create from scratch, ensuring they have full flexibility and aren’t limited to the preset options.
The current modules offer limited configuration options, which has led brand users to request custom coding from our team. With this update, we’re enhancing the user experience by empowering users to fully customize their shops independently, reducing the need for additional support.

Module Selection
I revamped the module selection experience by moving it from a modal to a sidebar, allowing users to stay in their workflow while browsing and adding modules seamlessly. I also refreshed the module icons, consolidated repetitive options, and introduced new modules based on user needs, enhancing both usability and functionality.
Updating modules
With the new Content and Styles tabs, users won’t feel overwhelmed by the number of options. This update organizes modules more effectively, making it easier for users to find exactly what they need.
